Visitor Master
Scope: Venue management software (waivers, team photos, social posting, follow-up comms).

• Waiver Data: Full names, digital signatures, dates of birth, and liability acknowledgments of venue visitors.

• Media Data: Team photos taken within the app for social sharing and venue marketing. Media is only processed and uploaded with explicit user or venue consent.

• Subscription Data: Handled securely via Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing for monthly/annual subscriptions.

 

Class Cobra
Scope: Class and club management tools (registers, communications, payments).

• Roster & Register Data: Names of attendees, attendance history, and club rosters.

• Communication Data: Logs of messages and notifications sent through the platform between clubs and members.

Eduscaped (formerly Cyents Educational Escape Rooms)
Scope: Online safety and educational escape rooms for schools.

• School & Teacher Data: Teacher names, school emails, and institutional details.

• Student Progress Data: Anonymized or pseudonymized progress tracking, scores, and skill development metrics within the learning software.

• Children's Privacy (COPPA/GDPR-K Compliance): Eduscaped is designed for use in schools. We do not knowingly collect directly identifiable personal data from students under 13 without verifiable school or parental consent.

RotaBlayde
Scope: Staff rotas and timesheets.

• Employment Data: Staff shift schedules, availability, clocked hours, and timesheet records.

BookingHalo
Scope: Booking and gift card management for escape rooms.

• Booking Records: Customer names, booking times, dates, and historical transaction logs.

• Gift Card Data: Gift card codes, balances, and recipient details.

 

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use the information to:

• Facilitate account creation and logon processes.

• Manage user accounts and execute subscription models.

• Fulfill and manage bookings, waivers, and administrative tools.
